As W Magazine pays homage to 70's inspired fashion using all black models, you can't help but marvel ...From prints and patterns, to classic afro's, great colour palettes, couture gowns, H2T posing, and everything sequins in between! Expect a fun ride.
After being teased on Instagram with flicks of the spread weeks ago to finally viewing the full spread, I could do nothing less than be inspired by their immaculate execution!

The drama, the intensity, the BEST!!! The season finale tonight was everything I needed it to be....Blair and Chuck, Serena and Dan....the Bass'. Too much! And you already know the fashion was on point!! This series was one of the first fashion t.v. shows to inspire me to do what I'm doing today! Every look has been consistently executed on an immaculate level episode after episode and tonight didn't fail me either. Leighton Meester (Blair) wore a beautiful blue Elie Saab gown and Blake Lively(Serena) ended the evening in a gold & white tulle Georges Chakra Couture gown! We all knew this was coming one day & anybody with any type of style, fashion sense, and/or class is going to truly miss Gossip Girl, I know! MY LATEST ATTRACTION!!!!!! THE BAROQUE TREND.........VIEW MORE

Well Well Well what do we have here???
Fashion at its best as some would call it, but mostly known as the Baroque trend!! This trend is my Fav so far for our upcoming Fall season, as gold is my favorite color ;-).  Not to mention, D&G executed its revival in the most modern way. Drawing me to it like a bug in the night to a bright light, lol!!

Baroque is defined as a highly decorated form of Art, developed during the 1600's. It was a period of artistic style that flourished all throughout Europe at the hands of painters, architectural designers, dancers, men of literature, & musicians. The word was derived from the Spanish term "Barroco" referencing an "imperfect pearl", which certainly has the perfect contrast in my eyes!..... Be sure to view more and get a load of D&G's interpretation of this legendary, fanciful, & extravagant trend!!!
