| This past weekend I hit up Jay-Z's 1st annual "Made In America" concert, a 2day event, and let me tell you........IT WAS FRICKIN AWESOME!!!! I got to see a number of acts from MMG, to Run DMC (which was EPIC might I add), Janelle Monae, Drake and plenty many more. | It was one hot day sometime in July as we walked around NYC looking for places to get some great shots. Initially, we were going to shoot in the hotel but after contemplating on outfits I started getting excited and decided to depict a Bonified-Bonita!! This was my first time working with a sexy and voluptuous model and I can admit that it was a bit challenging trying to meet her request by channeling sex appeal with little modesty. MY LATEST ATTRACTION!!!!!! THE BAROQUE TREND.........VIEW MORE

| Well Well Well what do we have here??? Fashion at its best as some would call it, but mostly known as the Baroque trend!! This trend is my Fav so far for our upcoming Fall season, as gold is my favorite color ;-). Not to mention, D&G executed its revival in the most modern way. Drawing me to it like a bug in the night to a bright light, lol!!
Baroque is defined as a highly decorated form of Art, developed during the 1600's. It was a period of artistic style that flourished all throughout Europe at the hands of painters, architectural designers, dancers, men of literature, & musicians. The word was derived from the Spanish term "Barroco" referencing an "imperfect pearl", which certainly has the perfect contrast in my eyes!..... RENT THE RUNWAY MEETS PHILLY STYLE BLOGGERS!!!!!!........VIEW MORE

| So tonight I had the pleasure of attending a FAB networking event held at the Hyatt Bellevue; specifically at Bar Nineteen!!! The event was hosted by Philly Style Bloggers founder, Fajr Muhammad and Rent The Runway.com. Which is an everything-fashion online rental store perfect for the Fashionista with a champagne taste on a beer budget ;-). Giving you access to over 150 well known designers as in Nina Ricci, DVF, BCBGMaxazria, Matthew Williamson & Vera Wang just to name a few. RTR was the main focus of the night, as they had beautiful women strutting around the room in phenomenal dresses. The energy, cocktails, and finger foods were a delightful touch in making it an ultimate experience!! | RUNWAY REPORT: I have to say I'm LOVING the new Versace Fall 2012 Couture collection!! I keep telling myself that one day I'll actually be able to afford Versace; it's certainly on my bucket list lol. This year Donatella's models killed the runway while in Paris, as she chose beautiful color pallets from nudes to bright jewel tones, and great designs with splits and slits..... Bringing the line back to life in a sexy, strong, chic, and elegant way. I put together this collage of my favorite picks from the fashion show & couldn't fit a few unfortunately.
